We are seeking an experienced Business Process Modelling Analyst for a full-time consulting assignment in a multi-market environment 🌍 The assignment focuses on the definition and modelling of business processes across several European markets, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and model end-to-end business processes in a multi-market context

• Develop future-state process and decision models based on established standards

• Work with Camunda for process, decision, and rule modelling

• Support business-controlled configuration of process parameters

• Ensure scalability, reuse, and governance in process design

• Align processes with business objectives and performance indicators

• Facilitate workshops and support knowledge transfer initiatives

Required qualifications

• Documented experience working with Camunda, including decision and rule modelling

• Proven delivery experience from large-scale and complex change or transformation programs

• Practical experience defining and modelling processes across several European markets

• Minimum five years of professional experience in a business analysis role within digital financial services or fintech

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level architectures and business process orchestration
